We currently deliver only within Pakistan, to all major cities and towns.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Standard Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Exceptions: Remote areas may require additional 1–2 days for delivery.

You can also contact our support team if you face any issues tracking your parcel.

❗ Delayed / Failed Deliveries:

If the courier is unable to reach you at the given address or phone number, they may attempt delivery again.
If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions.
Big Brand Low Price is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather, or public holidays.

🔁 Changes to Shipping Address:

If you want to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Changes requested after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
