We offer exchanges for items purchased from our online store. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value.

3: Step by Step Process for Exchanges:

1: The item has not been worn or used in any capacity beyond trying it on for size.

2: No signs of wear, such as stains, odors, creases, or damage to the fabric

3: The item has not been laundered, dry-cleaned, or otherwise treated with cleaning products.

4: Any manufacturer, brand, or care instruction tags that were attached at the time of delivery must remain securely attached to the product

5: Missing or tampered tags will render the item non-refundable.

6: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, or protective covers where applicable.

7: Packaging must be intact and free from damage, such as rips, stains, or writing.

8: No physical damage, such as tears, holes, or scratches, should be present.

9: The product to be exchanged must be of similar or less value than the product previously received.

10: You can always exchange items if they are defective or sent incorrectly
